The purpose of this particular blog is to display methods of utilizing technology in the classroom – mainly the lower elementary setting. I hope to bring to the forefront techniques of implementing of technology with children especially in grades K-2. My favorite part to this website was the page of links to SmartBoard activities. I liked the interactive fraction site, this may be more engaging then fraction bars on the overhead projector. The timer was neat too, I never thought of making my own timer on PowerPoint and setting the slide transitions accordingly. Neat!
